I had a fantastic stay here! The location is amazing, with a quiet beach area just a stone's throw away. It's also right next to a small river, which adds to the tranquility. This hotel is right in the center of everything, making it convenient to explore the Bulgarian seaside. The service was impeccable, with car hire available and housekeeping ensuring everything was perfect. The hotel also offers airport shuttle services, which made my arrival and departure a breeze. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful views. I especially loved the soundproofed rooms, as it allowed me to have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The garden furniture on the terrace was a nice touch, perfect for lounging and enjoying the scenery. I was highly impressed with this place's attention to detail and commitment to providing enhanced comfort and quality services.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great food and entertainment. Excellent location near the lively center and close to the beach. The staff was helpful.
Limited parking, and sometimes the entertainment was too loud for the rooms near the pool. The water in the pool was cold.

I liked nothing worth mentioning. The hotel is definitely not a 4* hotel but less.
The room was spacious but needs renovation: the doors, the walls, the carpets were very dirty. There was a nasty smell coming from the bathrooms from time to time... Only the salads were ok from the menu offered.

Good food and beach location were the best aspects of our Christmas break. the quality of the food exceeded our expectations, and being able to take a stroll to the beach whenever we wanted was great. the town center was only a short walk away, too.
The rooms were dated and in need of refurbishment. the bedding was uncomfortable and the heating system didn't work properly.

the watermelons were sweet and fresh. the room was big and comfortable. and only one waitress lady spoke perfect and beautiful English and she was very nice too. that was the only reason we left a tip.
The ladies at the reception spoke very poor English and misled us to believe that we would have to pay 174€ for our stay. BUT at the end she asked for 240€! We didn't save that much money for it. Thank god for the credit card. It was our mistake that we didn't pay at the beginning, but at the end it was a total rip-off! Also the food was terrible. Except for the fruits, vegetables and cheese that were not processed in any way the cooked meals had a really bag taste. All of them. And I do not consider myself pretentious at all. Couldn't bring any fruits or desert to our room-forbidden they said. Then at the spa the jacuzzi and the sauna were not working. The outside pool was not heated and the water was very cold. The view was not pleasant.

We had an amazing time at a hotel near a quiet beach and a small river. the rooms were spacious and clean, with towels changed daily. the food was of great quality, and we loved the pool bar with all the snacks. the spa procedures were also quite interesting. We enjoyed watching cartoon channels on TV and found enough parking space inside the hotel yard. Just a short 10-minute walk from the center of the town.
Mosquitoes were a problem, so we recommend bringing a spray.

I was on an overnight basis though all inclusive and did not benefit from the perks, however the room was clean and the breakfast excellent.
the TV reception was poor often resulting in black and white transmissions and the choice of language appeared to be Austrian or German. There were no instructions how to set the air conditioning and the room temp only went from 24 to 22 deg even though it was working all night. Making for a restless night.

All good.

Not much - only the good music at the pool.
staff didn't understand english, didn't spoke english, no exchange room, not able to pay with euro, cheap wine, cheap beer, no real taste of juices - all the juices doubled with water or soda, not enough pool chairs - you had to wake up at 6am, put your towel on the chair and came back later. Good music at the pool, cold water, not enough parking places, only one elevator for 6 floors. One word for all of this - disappointed.

Excelent staff, great food also not so varied, hotel clean and quite, free internet and free parking, close to the beach, clean pool, away from all the noisy bars. I liked the girl and the boy who entertained the kids and the adults also. They were very very nice.
The hotel is surrounded by new buildings under construction. One of the boys from the bar, he was very unkind all the time. Every single day we've listened the same '90 music. Not enough space around the pool.
